The Most Expensive Homes Sold in DC in April

Priciest homes included an 18,500-square-foot single-family in Maryland and an Easter Hill estate with Potomac waterfront views.

The most expensive homes sold across the DC area in April included a home in Montgomery County, a waterfront property in Alexandria, and two residences in DC’s Spring Valley.
