Allan M. Siegel has dedicated his entire career to representing victims injured as a result of negligence. His dedication, commitment and perseverance, combined with his courtroom skills, has earned him wide respect and recognition in the legal community. He was named the “Trial Lawyer of the Year” in 2024, an award given to him the by the Trial Lawyers’ Association of Metropolitan Washington, DC. He has been named one of Washington’s “Best” Lawyers” by Washingtonian magazine every time the magazine compiled the list since 2004 and one of the “Best Lawyers” in America by Best Lawyers® every year since 2019. He has also been named to the Washington DC Super Lawyers “Top 100” list (out of more than 80,000 lawyers in the DC Metro region) for the past 7 consecutive years.

Allan is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, an achievement earned by only 3% of all attorneys in the United States. He was elected to serve on the Board of Governors of The American Association for Justice (AAJ), a national organization whose primary purpose is to promote the civil justice system, and holds multiple leadership positions in AAJ’s litigation groups, including Past President of the Bus Litigation Group, Secretary of the Truck Litigation Group, Treasurer of the Brain Injury Litigation Group, and Secretary of the Rideshare (e.g. Uber/Lyft) litigation group. He also sits on the Board of AAJ’s National College of Advocacy, which plans educational programs for lawyers across the country.
