They come from underneath the porch, down from the attic, and out of a shed built to keep them locked away 11 months of the year: giant inflatable snowmen and Santas, laser projectors, a fleet of reindeer, and lights—so many lights. It’s all part of Jeff’s Christmas Light Show Spectacular (206 S. Camp Meade Rd., Linthicum Heights), the seasonal masterpiece of Maryland resident Jeff Callaway.
In addition to a 15-minute light show, the walk-through display features a mailbox for letters to Mrs. Claus, a Nativity scene, a small Christmas market with four local artisans, and visits from Santa and the Grinch, depending on the weekend. It’s become a destination for revelers: According to Callaway, his family welcomed around 10,000 visitors in 2024. The jamboree begins November 28, and the light show will run Fridays and Saturdays from 7 to 9.
