Diners are going locavore, fried-chicken sandwiches are chefs’ new favorite playthings, and our area is booming with better Chinese restaurants than ever (just don’t look for them anywhere near Chinatown). In other words, this is an excellent time to grab a meal that won’t drain your bank account. Here, in alphabetical order, are our 100 favorite places to eat for less than 25 bucks a person.
