The Showroom is located on 14th Street, NW and boasts over 6,000 sq ft of modern-industrial event space. 18 foot ceilings accentuate the open floorplan of the venue. The Showroom offers clients the opportunity to customize the venue and create a setting which is ideal for their event.

From corporate events, to weddings, concerts and parties, this flexible space is perfect for your largest formal gala or most intimate gathering. The open space affords large groups and attendance; 800 guests at standing capacity, 300 guests for a seated dinner, and 500 guests in theater seating but can be customized to fit smaller groups as well. Designed with events in mind, The Showroom offers many unique features. Dimmable overhead lighting in the main space downstairs is controlled in four zones, making it easier to define separate spaces. To provide ample power for lighting and sound, 600 amps of power runs through the space, and each outlet is on its own circuit, which prevents overloading during events. Additionally, the space is equipped with rigging points which line the ceiling for customized lighting designs or decor pieces. The upstairs area features a separate green room with two private restrooms which is a wonderful extra space for special guests and planners.
