Mr. Brodnax is a highly-regarded white-collar criminal defense attorney who regularly represents individual and corporate clients in criminal investigations and enforcement proceedings conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice and local Virginia prosecutors. He is a former Virginia Assistant Attorney General with over 35 years of courtroom experience.

Mr. Brodnax has handles matters relating to the theft of trade secrets, antitrust laws, export-import violations, government contracting, bribery and gratuities laws, international trade, health care fraud and labor certification fraud. Mr. Brodnax has also provided criminal representation to elected and political officials and professional sports personalities

He serves as the D.C. Circuit Representative on the Practitioner’s Advisory Group to the United States Sentencing Commission.
