Dr. Philip A. Gentry, DDS, FAGD

Experience, respect, honesty, attention to detail, as well as teaching future generations of dentists, have earned Dr. Philip Gentry recognition in The Washingtonian Top Dentist Hall of Fame. Dr. Gentry has been creating beautiful, healthy smiles in Arlington, Virginia for 37 years.

Dr. Gentry graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University School of Dentistry, and is a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, Maryland State Dental Association, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry. He has been voted many times one of The Washington, D.C. area’s Top Dentists by Washingtonian magazine, voted a top dentist in Virginia by Virginia Living Magazine, and voted a Top Dentist by Northern Virginia Magazine and Top Arlington Dentist by Arlington Magazine. He is listed in The Guide to America’s Top Dentists.

As an educator, Dr. Gentry is Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Comprehensive Dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Gentry works closely with other well-known dental educators, dental students and residents. He brings this vast knowledge and experience to their advanced, state-of-the-art private practice in Arlington, Virginia.
