Tell us about a charity you support.

I am a board member and volunteer with East Rock Creek Village, a nonprofit dedicated to helping seniors in upper Ward 4. Being involved with this group has enabled me to get to know dozens of interesting people, and to learn about the unique history of my wonderful neighborhood, Shepherd Park.

Why do you love where you live?

I love living in DC because there is always something happening, and something to do, see, or learn about! I especially love Shepherd Park for its diversity, history, and friendly neighbors, all set within a landscape of mature trees, varied architecture, and beautiful gardens, with proximity to both Rock Creek Park and the bustling scene at The Parks at Walter Reed!
