More than 350 honorees and medical executives gathered on November 15 to celebrate Washingtonian’s 2016 Top Doctors at a cocktail reception presented by Privia Medical Group. Guests enjoyed food, drinks, and music while networking with their peers at Covington & Burling’s exquisite atrium. They were invited to toast the award-winning doctors with Champagne from a Bubbly Bar within Privia’s Lounge, have their brain waves read in the Wells Fargo lounge, and warm up with boozy hot cider and tea, courtesy of Comcast Spotlight.

Root & Stem served creative light bites, including an “Apple a Day” station featuring bacon-wrapped apples and a delicious apple flatbread, and poured festive specialty cocktails. The Top Doctors posed for faux Washingtonian magazine covers, courtesy of Washington Talent Agency. The swanky venue was transformed for the evening with dramatic lighting by John Farr Lighting, beautiful florals by Nature of Design, and sleek furniture from Syzygy and Select Event Group.
