Wharf
Spanish
No place in town puts out a better paella than Fabio Trabocchi’s luxe Spanish dining room at the Wharf. Lobster and gargantuan prawns grace the seafood version—a worthy splurge best rounded out with tapas. Some, such as the perfect pan tomate, skew traditional, while others are elevated (lemon cream and shavings of black truffle revamp a comforting potato-and-egg tortilla). Horchata soft-serve makes a refreshing closer.
